Topladığımız veriler

Hesap verileri: oyuncu kimliği, cihazda oluşturulan rastgele bir cihaz kimliği, oyuncu adı. Hesabınızı bağlarsanız: kurtarma kodu (şifreniz yalnızca tek yönlü özet olarak saklanır) veya Google / Apple hesabınızın bize özel kimliği (e-posta adresinizi saklamayız).
Bildirim belirteci: bildirimlere izin verirseniz cihazınızın anonim bildirim belirteci ve bildirim dili.
Ülke: cihazınızın bölge ayarı (yalnızca ülkeye özel yasal kuralları uygulamak için).
Oyun verileri: şehir, kahraman, ordu, görev, ittifak ve sezon ilerlemesi; savaş raporları.
Satın alma geçmişi: ürün, işlem kimliği, tarih. Ödeme bilgilerinizi Google Play veya App Store işler; kart bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz.
Sohbet: krallık ve ittifak sohbetine yazdığınız mesajlar, bildirimler ve moderasyon kayıtları.
Teknik veriler: IP adresi (güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım önleme günlükleri), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil.
Tanılama ve kullanım verileri: çökme ve hata kayıtları; öğretici adımları, oturum süresi gibi oyun içi olaylar.

Neden kullanıyoruz

Oyunu çalıştırmak, ilerlemenizi saklamak ve çok oyunculu özellikleri sağlamak.
Satın alımları doğrulamak ve teslim etmek, iadeleri işlemek.
Hile, dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek; sohbeti denetlemek.
Hataları düzeltmek ve oyunu geliştirmek.

Reklam ölçümü (Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer)

Oyun içinde reklam göstermiyoruz ve verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Oyunu tanıtmak için Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ve X'te reklam veriyoruz; bu reklamların kaç yükleme ve satın almayla sonuçlandığını ölçmek için Android sürümünde Meta Platforms'un Facebook SDK'sını, TikTok'un App Events SDK'sını ve AppsFlyer'ın ölçüm SDK'sını kullanıyoruz (AppsFlyer, X reklamlarının sonuçlarını X'e iletir). Bu SDK'lar; cihazın reklam kimliğini, oyuncu kimliğinizi, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü gibi teknik bilgileri ve uygulama olaylarını (yükleme, açılış, öğreticinin bitmesi, seviye atlama, satın alma tutarı) ilgili sağlayıcıya iletir. Adınız, sohbet mesajlarınız ve oyun içi konuşmalarınız iletilmez. Reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar) sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz; sildiğinizde bu ölçüm ilgi alanına dayalı reklamlar için sizinle ilişkilendirilemez. Paylaşım

Verileriniz yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için kullandığımız sağlayıcılarla (sunucu barındırma, Google Play, App Store, reklam ölçümü için Meta Platforms, TikTok, AppsFlyer ve X) ve yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşılır. Diğer oyuncular oyuncu adınızı, gücünüzü, ittifakınızı ve sohbet mesajlarınızı görebilir.

Saklama süresi

Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece verilerinizi saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde oyun verileriniz hemen silinir. Satın alma kayıtları yasal ve mali yükümlülükler nedeniyle en fazla 10 yıl, güvenlik günlükleri en fazla 90 gün saklanır.

KVKK aydınlatma metni

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 10. maddesi uyarınca: veri sorumlusu Hulaguhan Labs'tir. Kişisel verileriniz oyun uygulaması üzerinden otomatik yollarla toplanır ve yukarıdaki amaçlarla; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c: hesabınızı ve oyun hizmetini sunmak), hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi (m.5/2-ç: satın alma ve mali kayıtlar) ve meşru menfaat (m.5/2-f: güvenlik, hile önleme, hata düzeltme, reklam kampanyalarının ölçümü) hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir. Bildirimler yalnızca cihazınızda izin verdiğinizde gönderilir.

Yurt dışına aktarım

Oyun verileriniz kendi kiraladığımız sunucuda saklanır. Hizmetin bazı parçaları yurt dışındaki sağlayıcılarla çalışır: ödemeler Google Play (Google LLC) ve App Store (Apple Inc.), bildirimler Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, hesap bağlama Google / Apple ile oturum açma, reklam ölçümü Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, AppsFlyer Ltd. ve X Corp. üzerinden işlenir. Bu aktarımlar KVKK m.9 kapsamında, hizmetin gereği olarak ve sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme taahhütlerine dayanılarak, yalnızca ilgili işlem için gereken en az veriyle yapılır.

Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ve işlenmesinin kısıtlanmasını isteme, itiraz etme ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi info@hulaguhanlabs.com.tr adresine iletebilirsiniz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

Hesap silme

Oyun içinde Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile hesabınızı ve oyun verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar: hesap silme sayfası.

Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altındaki bir çocuğa ait veri topladığımızı fark edersek siliyoruz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri oyun içinde duyururuz.

This policy explains what data King of Altay, developed by Hulaguhan Labs ("we"), collects, why, and your rights. The data controller is Hulaguhan Labs. Contact: info@hulaguhanlabs.com.tr.

Data we collect

Account data: player ID, a random device identifier created on your device, player name. If you bind your account: a recovery code (your password is stored only as a one-way hash) or the app-specific ID of your Google / Apple account (we do not store your email address).
Notification token: if you allow notifications, your device's anonymous push token and notification language.
Country: your device's region setting (only to apply country-specific legal rules).
Game data: city, heroes, army, quests, alliance and season progress; battle reports.
Purchase history: product, transaction ID, date. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card details.
Chat: messages you post in kingdom and alliance chat, reports and moderation records.
Technical data: IP address (security and abuse-prevention logs), device model, operating system, app version, language.
Diagnostics and usage: crash and error logs; in-game events such as tutorial steps and session length.

Why we use it

To run the game, save your progress and provide multiplayer features.
To verify and deliver purchases and process refunds.
To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and to moderate chat.
To fix bugs and improve the game.

Advertising measurement (Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer)

We do not show ads in the game and we do not sell your data. We advertise the game on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X; to measure how many installs and purchases those ads bring, the Android version uses Meta Platforms' Facebook SDK, TikTok's App Events SDK and AppsFlyer's measurement SDK (AppsFlyer passes the results of X ads on to X). These SDKs send the device's advertising ID, your player ID, technical details such as device model, operating system and app version, and app events (install, app open, tutorial completed, level reached, purchase amount) to the provider. Your name, chat messages and in-game conversations are not sent. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads); once deleted, this measurement cannot be linked to you for interest-based advertising. Sharing

Your data is shared only with providers we use to run the service (server hosting, Google Play, App Store, Meta Platforms, TikTok, AppsFlyer and X for advertising measurement) and with authorities where the law requires it. Other players can see your player name, power, alliance and chat messages.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account your game data is deleted immediately. Purchase records are kept for up to 10 years for legal and financial obligations, security logs for up to 90 days.

Legal bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you (running your account and the game), to meet legal obligations (purchase and tax records) and for our legitimate interests (security, cheat prevention, bug fixing, measuring our advertising campaigns). Notifications are sent only if you allow them on your device.

International transfers

Your game data is stored on a server we rent. Some parts of the service rely on providers outside your country: payments through Google Play (Google LLC) and the App Store (Apple Inc.), notifications through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, account binding through Sign in with Google / Apple, and advertising measurement through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, AppsFlyer Ltd. and X Corp. These transfers are necessary to provide the service, rely on the providers' standard contractual commitments and include only the minimum data needed.

Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, to object, and to data portability. Send requests to info@hulaguhanlabs.com.tr. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Account deletion

In the game, go to Settings → Delete my account to permanently delete your account and game data. Details: account deletion page.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce important changes in the game.
