- Tap Support to open the Support Centre and pick a topic.
- Tell us what happened (with the time, if you can) and tap Send.

Satın aldım ama ürün gelmedi.
Ödemeyi Google Play işler. Önce oyunu kapatıp yeniden aç; satın alım otomatik olarak tamamlanır. Gelmediyse Destek Merkezi'nden Ödeme konusunu seçip Google Play makbuzundaki sipariş numarasını (GPA.…) yaz. İadeler Google Play politikalarına göre yapılır.
Hesabımı yeni telefona nasıl taşırım?
Eski telefonda Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden hesabını Google ile bağla ya da kurtarma kodu oluştur. Yeni telefonda oyunu açıp aynı ekrandan Google ile giriş yap veya kurtarma kodunu gir. Hesabın bağlı değilse ve telefonun elinde değilse oyuncu numaranla bize yaz.
Oyunda bir hata buldum.
Destek Merkezi'nden Hata konusunu seç; ne yaptığını, ne olduğunu ve saatini yaz. Ekran görüntüsü varsa e-postayla gönderebilirsin. Hataları güncellemelerle hızla düzeltiyoruz.
Sohbetten susturuldum veya hesabım kısıtlandı.
Sohbet kurallarına (hakaret, spam, kişisel bilgi paylaşımı yasak) uymayan hesaplar geçici olarak susturulabilir. Haksız olduğunu düşünüyorsan oyuncu numaranla bize yaz, ekibimiz yeniden inceler.
Bir oyuncuyu nasıl bildiririm?
Sohbette mesaja dokunup Bildir'i seç ya da oyuncunun profilinden engelle. Destek Merkezi'nde Oyuncu şikâyeti konusu da var. Bildirimleri ekibimiz inceler.

Telefonunun ayarlarında King of Altay için bildirimlere izin ver. Oyunda Ayarlar → Bildirimler bölümünden hangi bildirimleri almak istediğini seçebilirsin.
Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Oyunda Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile hesabın ve oyun verilerin hemen silinir. Oyuna giremiyorsan hesap silme sayfasına bak.
I paid but did not get my item.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Close and reopen the game first; the purchase completes on its own. If it still has not arrived, pick the Payment topic in the Support Centre and add the order number from your Google Play receipt (GPA.…). Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
How do I move my account to a new phone?
On your old phone, link your account to Google or create a recovery code in Settings → Account. On the new phone, open the game and sign in with Google or enter the recovery code on the same screen. If your account was not linked and the old phone is gone, write to us with your player number.
I found a bug.
Pick the Bug topic in the Support Centre and tell us what you did, what happened and when. You can send a screenshot by e-mail. We fix bugs quickly in our updates.
I was muted or my account was restricted.
Accounts that break the chat rules (no insults, spam or sharing personal information) may be muted for a while. If you think it was a mistake, write to us with your player number and our team will look again.
How do I report a player?
Tap the message in chat and choose Report, or block the player from their profile. The Support Centre also has a Report a player topic. Our team reviews every report.
I do not get notifications.
Allow notifications for King of Altay in your phone's settings. In the game, Settings → Notifications lets you choose which ones you get.
How do I delete my account?
In the game, Settings → Delete my account deletes your account and game data at once. If you cannot get into the game, see the account deletion page.
